How interviews are counted
- An interview counts once the assistant starts listening to the call. One you prepared but didn't start doesn't count.
- The limit renews on the 1st of every month. Unused interviews don't carry over.
- On the Team plan the limit is shared: 40 interviews for every seat add up to one company pool.
- When the limit runs out, you can't start a new interview until you buy a pack or the new month begins. Past reports, notes and transcripts stay available.
Interview packs
When the monthly limit isn't enough. A pack is used after the plan's limit and lasts 12 months. On the Team plan it adds to the company pool.
Payment questions
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. 7 days of full access without a card, counted from your first interview.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Access stays until the end of the paid period.
Can I move from Recruiter to Team?
Yes. Write to us: we'll set up the company account, and your vacancies and interviews stay with you.
Do you invoice companies?
Yes, on Team and Enterprise: an invoice and the closing documents.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Interviews, notes and reports stay in the account. You can't start a new interview until access is renewed.
